Crocker Sales has been serving
the Greater New England area for over 85 years. In 1919 we
opened the doors of our first business in Woburn back when Crocker
Sales was a metal fabricator and made parts for all kinds of stainless
steel appliances. We even worked for the government at one time
making metal parts for submarines, which led to fabricating parts
for pools. But in the early 70's when fiberglass came along everything
changed, and we've been there through the evolution into the modern
pools and spas of today.
We now have over 9,000 sq.
ft. and we have the largest showroom
in the New England area. Located in the City of Woburn just minutes
from the freeway. You can now experience the full line of Artesian
Spas, Vita Spas, Gazebos, Pools, Saunas, Sunrooms, Accessories,
and even have a free "Test Soak" in any of 20 spas always
filled and ready to use.
At Crocker Sales, our commitment
is to deliver that extra effort to our customers, and it
definitely shows. A large portion of our new business is from friends
and relatives who have been referred by valued past customers. Photo

Crocker
Sales from the beginning
It's a fact that most small
businesses don't even survive for three years. If a business
lasts for twenty years, that's pretty impressive, but one that has
flourished for well over eighty years, well that's amazing! Any
successful business that beats the odds must have certain qualities.
Crocker Sales has retained these qualities for over eighty years,
"provide customers with exceptional products at a reasonable
price and back them up with prompt and courteous service".
This formula for success sounds easy to achieve but with the high
failure of small businesses it seems otherwise.
Sometimes necessity is the mother of invention,
and it can turn into a new business opportunity! This is how Crocker
Sales started.
Back in 1919 there was a
need for a better, more durable storm window and screen door.
At that time all storm windows and screen doors were made of wood.
They were bulky, heavy affairs that would need constant maintenance,
and had to be removed and stored away at different times of the
season. This simple need evolved into the aluminum combination storm
window and aluminum screen door.
Crocker Sales was born in
"1919" founded on these basic fundamentals "provide
people with exceptional products at a reasonable price along with
prompt courteous service"
Satisfied customers begin
to request other types of home improvements. Crocker Sales
soon found themselves involved in the building of porch enclosures,
sunrooms and custom decks.
Once again, prompted by
customers' requests, Crocker Sales began production in a
different area of home improvement. It was early 1960 when a customer
contracted Crocker to build a porch enclosure along with a custom
deck around an aboveground swimming pool. The finished pool and
deck package impressed the pool manufacturer and he then offered
Crocker Sales the swimming pool line for sales and installation.
Crocker Sales still sells and installs that same line of swimming
pools today.
Swimming pool customers
began requesting another new product, hot tubs. The first
hot tubs were made out of wood, and were just basic hot water vessels
for soaking. Of all the products Crocker Sales has sold and installed
over the years, none has changed as dramatically as hot tubs. Originally
built like a wood barrel with no jets and now the modern day spa
can have up to 6 water pumps, 50 plus jets, computerized controls,
stereo systems and much more.
Crocker Sales have served
thousands of wonderful customers in its 85+ years of business.
Many families, generation after generation, but one thing has always
remained constant: exceptional products at a reasonable price backed
by prompt and courteous service. "The more things change the
more things stay the same."
