Structure We warrant against loss of water due to defects in the spa shell for the entire life of the spa!

Surface Artesian warrants the interior surface of your spa against blistering, cracking and delamination a full seven years on Platinum Class spas, five years for Gold and Silver Class spas, and three years for Bronze and Magic Class spas.

Plumbing Components We warrant the workmanship and materials of our factory-installed plumbing components jets, hoses, injectors, fittings for a full five years on all Platinum, Gold and Silver Class spas, and for three years on Bronze and Magic Class spas.

Equipment and Controls Artesian Platinum, Gold and Silver Class spas carry a five-year warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, blowers and control systems. Bronze and Magic Class spas feature a full three-year warranty.  back to artesian Spas
